Princess Lyra of Maplewood, OC by my friend Christina Gardner. One piece of her concept art states "Princess Lyra is a very rude, vain and especially spoiled individual". Because of this, I just had to put her in the "nobel lady laugh' pose from anime. Seemed perfect.
